Plain-English summary

Run a lawful business on PhsarOS. Don't use it to defraud customers, staff, or authorities.
Don't attack the service, probe other shops' data, or resell access.
Enter only data you have the right to enter.
Break the rules and we warn you first when we can; serious abuse means suspension, with a real appeals process.

1.What this covers

This policy applies to everyone who uses a PhsarOS workspace — owners and staff alike. The workspace owner (ADMIN) is responsible for use by the staff accounts they create. It is part of the Terms of Service.

2.Unlawful business use

PhsarOS must not be used to operate or conceal an unlawful business, including:

selling goods that are illegal to sell in your jurisdiction;
keeping deliberately false records to defraud customers, staff, partners, tax authorities, or anyone else — including maintaining parallel “real” and “official” books inside the product;
money laundering or processing the proceeds of crime.

PhsarOS records what your shop enters; you are responsible for the legality of the underlying business. We are not obliged to police your inventory — but we will act on credible reports and on legal orders.

3.Abuse of the service

No attempts to breach, probe or test our security without permission (see the good-faith research safe harbour);
no accessing, or attempting to access, another workspace's data;
no interference — overloading the service, scraping at scale, automated account creation;
no reselling, sublicensing or white-labelling PhsarOS access without a written agreement with us;
no using the service to send spam or host malware.

4.Other people's data

Enter only data you have the right to enter. Staff records go in because the person works for you; if you record anything about identifiable people, you are responsible for doing so lawfully — see Privacy Policy §3 on your role as controller of your shop's records.

5.Reporting abuse

To report a workspace or user violating this policy, email abuse@[domain — placeholder] with what you saw and where. We review reports within 5 business days, and we do not reveal the reporter's identity to the reported party unless the law requires it.

6.Enforcement and appeals

Proportionality first: where the breach is not severe and the law does not require immediate action, we warn and explain before we suspend. For serious abuse — attacks on the service, unlawful business, harm to others — we may suspend or terminate immediately.

If we act against your workspace, we tell you what we did, why (which section of this policy), and how to appeal. Appeals go to abuse@[domain] and are reviewed by someone other than the person who made the original decision, within 14 days. Termination never destroys your data instantly — the 30-day export window in the Terms §10 applies unless the law forbids it.
