Refund & Cancellation Policy
Do not publish yet. This page names a seller that does not exist until incorporation. Stripe also requires the published refund policy to match the account entity exactly.
Plain-English summary
- Everything is free during the beta — there is nothing to refund yet.
- Paid plans bill monthly. Cancel any time in settings; you keep access until the end of the month you paid for.
- We don't refund partial months, except where the law says otherwise or when we got something wrong.
- EU/UK consumers get the 14-day withdrawal right on a first subscription.
- Cancelling never deletes your data on the spot — Starter is free forever, and you can export everything.
1.During the beta
While PhsarOS is in beta, all plans — including Growth and Business — are free. No card is charged, so no refund questions arise. Before billing starts we will tell you clearly, in advance, and nothing will be charged without your explicit action.
2.How billing works
Paid plans (Growth, US$19/month; Business, US$49/month) bill monthly in advance through Stripe. The first charge is when you subscribe; renewals are on the same date each month. Invoices are available in account settings. Starter is free and never bills.
3.Cancelling
Cancel any time in Settings → Plan — one click, self-serve, no retention call. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep your paid features until the end of the current billing period, then the workspace moves to Starter. We do not charge cancellation fees.
4.Refunds
Because you can cancel before any renewal, we generally do not refund the current or past months. We do refund, in full and promptly:
- charges made after you cancelled;
- duplicate or clearly erroneous charges;
- the current month, if a prolonged outage on our side made the service materially unusable for you;
- anything the law of your country requires us to refund.
Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days of approval. To request one, write to support@[domain — placeholder] from your account email.
5.EU/UK 14-day withdrawal right
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may withdraw from a new subscription within 14 days of first subscribing, without giving a reason, for a full refund. If you asked for the service to start immediately, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the days already used. Email support@[domain] within the 14 days; no form is required, though a model withdrawal form will be provided at checkout as the law requires.
6.Downgrades and your data
Cancelling a paid plan is not closing your account. Your workspace continues on Starter, your records stay intact, and features beyond Starter's limits become read-only rather than deleted. You can export your data at any time, on any plan. Deleting the workspace itself is a separate, explicit action, covered in the Privacy Policy (30 days live, 60 days backups).
7.Billing errors and disputes
If a charge looks wrong, contact us first — most billing issues are fixed within a couple of business days, faster than a card dispute. You always retain the right to dispute a charge with your bank; we ask, but do not require, that you give us the chance to fix it first.
8.Cambodian consumers
This policy is intended to satisfy the disclosure requirements of the Law on Electronic Commerce (2019) and the Law on Consumer Protection (2019), including clear pricing, cancellation and refund terms before purchase. Nothing here limits non-waivable rights under Cambodian consumer law. Seller identity and contact details are on the Contact page.
